Nathan Hudson
Founder and President
Mr. Hudson founded Texas Energy International in 2015. Prior to founding TEI, he began his career as a landman working in Texas and North Dakota, before moving in-house in the land department for Blackbrush Oil & Gas, a private equity backed E&P focused on operations in the Eagle Ford and broader South Texas. At BBOG, Mr. Hudson managed all land aspects of a 5-rig drilling program over approximately 300k-acres. Since 2015, Mr. Hudson has led TEI through various funds. Mr. Hudson received his AB in from Brown University, and MPhil from Cambridge University.
W. Houston Harte
Operations
Mr. Harte is a co-founder of TEI Minerals IV and Partner with primary oversight of Operations. He joined TEI operations in 2016, before becoming a Partner in TEI III. Prior to the formation of TEI III, Mr. Harte began his career with various land, finance/accounting, and operations roles at Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners and Howard Midstream Energy Partners. He has a BBA in Finance from University of Mississippi.
